In Half Open Position, they exhibit wonderful connection between partners. Although the position is open, their bodies are oriented toward each other. One of our teachers regularly reminds us to keep our belly buttons aimed at our partners. They are gazing into each other's eyes. In Open, lead hands are not joined, but Ginger's right arm is curved toward Fred. They are clearly dancing together.

I'm being facetious. Actually, he wooed her powerfully, wordlessly, and she is stunned.
